the hotel was quaint with amicable staff and a magnificent location on where the common areas were. the room was tidy and compact, had exceptionally comfortable beds and gorgeous views. location: the venue was really close to the pub for drinks and dinner.

Breakfast was not provided, but with prices that were such a great value for money, it was easy to find a nearby spot to grab a bite to eat. The location in a quiet street was perfect for getting plenty of rest and relaxation.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The room was fresh and clean, with a modern interior that made me feel right at home. The bathroom was spacious and the shower had great water pressure. I especially appreciated the reverse airco, which kept me warm on a chilly night. The wifi was fast, which was a bonus. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently close to popular attractions like Barrington Tops and Gloucester Falls.

We particularly enjoyed the comfy beds and private parking. the location was key for us as it was close to the town center but still in a quiet area. we were pleasantly surprised by the nice touches left behind by the owner, such as chocolates and iced water.

Our sleep was disrupted by a false alarm of the fire alarm going off at 3.20 in the morning. It recurred a short time later, which was disturbing.

We also appreciated the extra touches like quality coffee and tea options, and the bonus sweets were a lovely surprise. Parking was easy and we felt safe. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The sound insulation was really poor as the rooms are part of a house. So, if you had noisy neighbors, it could have made for a terrible stay.

Guests are greeted with complimentary chocolates and bottled water, and the outdoor area is perfect for relaxing and dining al fresco.

One minor issue was the lack of response to a request for information when we arrived, which resulted in some confusion with the lock box. we were able to enter the room with some trial and error.
